Behavioral Interview Training
PSP's Pattern Behavior Interview Training rests on two principles:
1) What people have done in the past is a stronger predictor of their future behaviors than what they say they will do.
2) Statements about behaviors have greater validity than statements about attitudes or feelings.
PSP assists clients to identify job-relevant behaviors and provides exercises and worksheets for participants to help
them distinguish behaviors and formulate behavior questions that produce revealing answers. As an option, PSP also can
design a customized interviewer guide that keeps the interview on target and quantifies the evaluation of information.
